Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies during RFP/bid cycles. You will bridge sales, medical, and operations to ensure project execution and support sales throughout the Business Development process.

We value deep knowledge of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and a global approach. This role requires leadership in a matrix organization, strong presentation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience.
• Hands-on operational delivery and drug development experience in cardiology.
• Experience leading CRO-driven programs and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other functions to craft tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Scan therapeutic and operational landscape to inform long-term delivery strategies.
• Maintain awareness of current and future market trends impacting strategies.
• Champion project-centric delivery by helping teams implement the sold strategy.
• Leverage internal and external data to build and refine project strategies.
