Job summary

You will align Product, Engineering and Business teams, build governance structures, and enable senior leaders to make informed decisions. The role is hybrid with three days in the office per week in Copenhagen.

• Identified architectural gaps or misalignment across programmes and mobilised specialists.
• Engaged Director and VP stakeholders to frame programme trade-offs and secure decisions.
• Built executive governance clarifying goals, ownership, milestones, finances, risks and dependencies.
