Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Interim Technology Portfolio Lead to drive portfolio strategy and governance from Copenhagen. You will blend business strategy with technology delivery, shaping investment priorities and providing leadership with data-driven portfolio insights.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and people leadership, plus hands-on experience across Agile and traditional delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Project Management, or Product Management.
• Experience operating within large and complex technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of investment planning, governance, prioritisation, and portfolio reporting.
• Experience working within Agile and traditional delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting business planning through KPIs, OKRs, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio management team and support their professional development.
• Provide portfolio insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis to senior leadership.
• Drive portfolio planning activities, ensuring resources are aligned to business priorities.
• Support investment decisions through financial, risk, and dependency analysis.
• Facilitate prioritisation of technology initiatives across multiple domains.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, roadmaps, and executive-facing management information.
• Ensure delivery activities remain aligned to strategic objectives and expected outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve portfolio processes, governance, and reporting standards.
