Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail is seeking a Senior Technical Programme Manager, Markets and Channels Technology, to lead enterprise technology programmes from discovery to delivery and value realisation. You will align Product, Engineering and Business teams, influence senior leaders, and establish governance that clarifies goals, milestones and dependencies.

You will manage architecture and trade-off discussions, engage Directors and VPs, and drive clear accountability while navigating ambiguous

Qualifications

• Led enterprise technology programmes spanning five or more product teams, multiple functions and senior stakeholder groups, from discovery through delivery and value realisation.
• Identified gaps or architectural misalignment across integrated technology programmes and mobilised relevant specialists.
• Engaged Directors and Vice Presidents independently to frame trade-offs and secure decisions.
• Built pragmatic governance clarifying goals, ownership, milestones, finances, risks and dependencies.
• Demonstrated proactive leadership in ambiguous environments, driving blockers to resolution.
• Communicated complex topics clearly to technical teams and senior executives.

Responsibilities
