As our Senior Technical Programme Manager, MCT, you’ll lead complex enterprise technology programmes from inception through delivery and value realisation. You’ll bring clarity to competing priorities, connect work across teams and help senior leaders make informed decisions. Through influence rather than direct authority, you’ll create the alignment and accountability needed to turn ambitious plans into meaningful outcomes.
Life on the team
You’ll join a collaborative, outcome-focused delivery community where programme leadership is a team effort. Technical Programme Managers share patterns and lessons, build trust across teams and connect Product, Engineering and Business partners. You’ll communicate clearly, facilitate decisions and stay proactive and resilient when priorities shift. Our hybrid rhythm includes at least three office days each week in Copenhagen.
You’ll navigate ambiguity, surface material gaps and create momentum across interconnected work. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you’ll strengthen programme leadership while supporting the team's priorities. You’ll work closely with the Head of Delivery, Product and Engineering leaders, market and commercial stakeholders, Retail Operations, portfolio and enabling teams, finance partners, vendors and implementation partners.
