Job summary

LEGO Group in Copenhagen seeks a Senior Technical Programme Manager to lead complex enterprise technology programmes that connect Product, Engineering and Business teams, from discovery through delivery and value realisation. You will influence rather than direct, align priorities across multiple teams, and help senior leaders make timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Led enterprise technology programmes spanning five or more product teams, multiple functions and senior stakeholder groups, from discovery through delivery and value realisation
• Identified material gaps or architectural misalignment across integrated technology programmes and mobilised the relevant specialists
• Engaged Director and Vice President stakeholders independently to frame programme trade-offs and secure decisions
• Built pragmatic programme governance that clarified programme goals, ownership, milestones, finances, risks and dependencies
• Demonstrated proactive leadership in ambiguous environments, identifying risks, blockers and unresolved decisions early and driving them to resolution
• Communicated complex programme topics clearly and concisely to both technical teams and senior executive
