Job summary

Pandora is seeking a senior analytics leader to partner with senior management, shaping commercial decisions through data-driven insights. You will lead a high-performing analytics team and evolve Pandora's Revenue Growth Management capabilities using advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

You will own end-to-end RGM initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across functions to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Around 6–8 years of experience in RGM, Pricing, finance, or management consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Experience with Alteryx or comparable data engineering, ETL, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Revenue Growth Management initiatives across markets.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advance RGM capabilities with analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to improve data quality and scalability.
• Influence stakeholders and shape cross-functional strategies.
