Job summary
Pandora is looking for a Senior Specialist to join the Portfolio Management team on a 12-month maternity cover, based in Copenhagen. You will be the analytical backbone, turning data into actionable insights for VP/SVP level decisions and aligning IT/Digital initiatives with business priorities.
You will lead reporting, develop a coherent cross-domain view, and explore AI automation to improve the portfolio's value. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex, imperfect data into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience in portfolio, program, or project analysis within a technology or digital environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation to improve analysis.
Responsibilities
- Be the analytical backbone of the function. Interrogate portfolio data to surface patterns and trends and deliver true insights to leadership.
- Own the portfolio narrative. Translate complex data into clear, actionable stories for senior stakeholders.
- Connect the dots across domains and act as the central integrator for risk, dependency and capacity discussions.
- Evolve how we analyse. Continuously improve data collection, visualization and use, exploring AI to sharpen insights.
- Own reporting production today and maintain reliable rhythms as the function matures.
