Nobia Group is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Partner to shape reward strategy and governance across the group, including incentive programmes, market benchmarking and job architecture.

You will report to the EVP, Chief People & Culture Officer and collaborate with local People & Culture teams and external partners, influencing senior leadership and the Board in a listed company context.

Qualificações

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, ideally in international org.
• Expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, market benchmarking and governance.
• Experience developing or managing job architecture, grading methodologies, or organizational frameworks.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate into clear recommendations for decision-makers.
• Experience preparing analyses for senior leadership, Remuneration Committees or Boards.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions and countries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual salary review processes and incentive cycles with governance across Nobia.
• Own incentives programmes, benefits policies and car policies.
• Drive Global Job Structure development for consistency across roles and countries.
• Develop country salary structures to maintain competitiveness and consistency.
• Analyse pay equity and transparency, providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead market benchmarking activities and translate insights for leadership.
• Deliver reward analytics and reporting for senior leaders and Board.
• Partner with local teams to provide guidance on Reward frameworks and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of Reward governance and data quality.
