Job summary

Velux Group seeks a Senior Strategy Manager for the Strategic Programme Office in Østbirk. You will drive governance, decision-making and execution within a cross-functional programme, engaging executive leadership to deliver strategic outcomes.

The role requires 3–6 years in strategy/transformational roles in a large international company, a relevant higher education degree, and a proven ability to translate complex topics into concise communications for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience from a leading strategy consulting firm or strategy/transformation/programme management role in a large international organisation.
• Relevant higher education degree.
• Experience supporting governance structures or programme offices for complex cross-functional initiatives with senior executives.
• Strong capabilities in structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive the programme governance cycle and prepare materials for Steering Committee, Executive Group Management and Board meetings.
• Develop agendas, pre-reads, decision materials and follow-up actions with concise, decision-oriented recommendations.
• Consolidate input from multiple functions into fact-based proposals and maintain the integrated programme plan.
• Ensure follow-up on executive decisions, conditions and actions and report status, risks and decisions.
• Collaborate with Group Finance on the business case and financial steering; maintain transparency around risks and actions.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Strategy & Execution.
