• Develop category strategies covering up to 80% of third-party spend.
• Manage key suppliers with regular performance reviews.
• Tender service lines and support bid proposals.
• Onboard suppliers and perform due diligence.
• Drive cost savings, supplier diversity, and value optimization.
• Support transitions and client requests.
