Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Procurement Analyst (Specialist) to support a major client in Denmark during a maternity leave period. You will handle procurement of soft and hard services and report to the Global Soft Services Lead.

The role focuses on category strategy, spend analysis, supplier management, risk reduction, onboarding, and continuous improvement, with travel across Copenhagen and Southern Denmark as needed and opportunities for on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in facilities management and supply chain basics.
• Strong communication skills and relationship focus.
• Knowledge of supplier performance management.
• English proficiency to communicate with client and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations on supply chain management and compliance.
• Develop category strategies covering up to 80% of 3rd party spend.
• Manage supplier relationships via KPIs, governance meetings, and CBRE systems.
• Identify savings, glidepaths, and value-track initiatives.
• Support transitions, onboarding, and due diligence of suppliers.
