Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark, seeks a Senior Outsourcing Manager to lead outsourcing projects across the drug development value chain. You will collaborate with Novo teams and external CMO partners worldwide to drive progress, quality and timely deliveries from project start to completion.

In this role you will select CMOs, negotiate agreements, protect Novo’s intellectual property and influence cross‑functional teams with informal leadership to drive complex projects to successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering or life sciences.
• 4–6+ years in pharma/biotech or regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of the R&D value chain and cGMP requirements.
• Experience with outsourcing and CMO/CDMO collaborations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to present clearly and build trust across functions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Lead outsourcing projects from initiation to completion.
• Select and approve CMOs and build external partnerships.
• Negotiate and maintain agreements with Contract Managers.
• Protect Novo's IP while delivering timely assessments.
• Coordinate across Novo using informal leadership to influence decisions.
• Maintain visibility across the business unit and drive complex projects.
