Qualifications

• Degree in Law or Business Law.
• 6+ years of post-graduation experience with international focus.
• Strong legal acumen, including drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts.
• Proactive business partnering to enable business results with senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in cross-functional teams with a global mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support on complex high-value matters attracting senior management attention.
• Identify and assess legal issues, and help set strategy.
• Assist in high-impact contract negotiations and draft key terms; advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GLIPS and colleagues globally to leverage expertise.
• Drive projects to optimise contracting setup and offshore contracting support.
