• A relevant master’s degree is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, align and follow through so decisions turn into results with milestones.
• Advise the VP as a trusted partner on priorities and options.
• Turn complex topics into concise briefings and decision materials.
• Maintain an overview of priorities and recommend what to prioritise.
• Lead selected cross-functional initiatives from definition to adoption.
• Secure accountable owners, deadlines, and track progress.
