Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Transformation Initiative Director to shape strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leaders across functions to drive cross-geography change. You’ll translate complex topics into actionable recommendations and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Transformation Office and CTO, influencing senior decision-makers while building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering sustained business impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, PhD or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
• 8-12 years of relevant industry experience, including 3-5 years within transformation, project management, management consulting or strategy.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and advising senior stakeholders.
• Strong programme, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define initiative scope, outcomes, governance and responsibilities.
• Develop and drive integrated delivery roadmaps, align milestones, dependencies, risks and benefits.
• Analyse opportunities, evaluate options and provide recommendations for senior decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional execution and build momentum across workstreams.
• Prepare executive-ready insights, progress updates and decision materials for senior leadership.
