Job summary

Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare leader, invites an Associated P&O Business Partner to shape the people strategy for expanding manufacturing capacity. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Denmark and global sites to translate priorities into workforce plans, leadership and culture initiatives.

Join a highly collaborative P&O team, reporting to the Associate Director of DPM Expansions P&O, and drive strategic organisational change to enable faster delivery of products to patients.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Management.
• Strong analytical approach and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent listening skills and proactive mindset.
• Project management experience and global collaboration are advantageous.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Advise on organisational development, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.
• Support leadership through change and expansion as sites scale up.
• Lead talent, performance, succession, and development discussions.
• Use people analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead P&O activities across global expansions and share best practices.
