Job summary

Siemens Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner based in Ballerup to shape the People Agenda for the business areas across locations. You will partner with leaders and an experienced HR team to drive organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement while aligning HR services with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as HR Business Partner in international or matrix environments
• In-depth knowledge of Danish labor law
• Experience with talent and performance management
• Experience with organizational development and change initiatives
• Ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions using data
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management
• Fluency in Danish and English

Responsibilities

• Drive local and regional People Agenda with leaders to translate business priorities into practical actions.
• Build trusted advisory relationships across the hire-to-retire cycle through sparring and coaching.
• Coach managers on absence, conduct, performance, policy interpretation and difficult conversations.
• Shape the talent and leadership agenda through talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead the HR Annual Wheel, merit and performance processes, and advise on pay structures.
• Collaborate with HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and other specialist teams.
• Lead strategic HR projects including harmonization of HR processes, change management and leadership workshops.
