Job summary

Opoura is a renewable energy technology company seeking an HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at Silkeborg. You will partner with leaders across countries to drive recruitment, onboarding, and people development in a flat, commercially minded organization.

You will shape people processes, advise leaders, manage HR data and policies, and help Opoura grow as one international company with presence in Europe and the US. English and Danish fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad HR partnering experience across recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Experience advising managers on people topics in a growing/complex org.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, collective agreements, and employment law helpful.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into position profiles, ads, and structured interview processes; own end-to-end recruitment.
• Partner with managers on leadership, employee relations, performance, salary review, and engagement.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences aligned with ways of working.
• Develop People & Culture processes, tools, and materials across engagement, development dialogues, and leadership support.
• Handle HR and employment law matters with sound judgment and compliant policies.
• Use HR data and KPIs to provide insights and drive improvements.
