Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Strategic Purchaser to join our international team in Denmark. You will analyze categories, negotiate contracts, and ensure internal functions have what they need, when they need it.

You will join a team of 5 in Purchasing and collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sales. English is required; manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Qualificações

• Experienced: 5+ years in strategic purchasing or procurement, ideally from manufacturing.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar—but your track record matters most.
• A balanced negotiator: drive down costs while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Analytical yet entrepreneurial: love data and building things from scratch.
• Strong collaborator: effective across function and with external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze categories and identify smarter purchasing approaches.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms.
• Manage supplier agreements alongside the team.
• Audit suppliers, monitor quality, and track delivery reliability with KPIs.
• Optimize purchasing processes and tools for systematic operations.
