CRH Denmark is seeking a Senior Strategy & M&A Manager to lead long-term strategy, M&A, and business development across our Danish operations. You will own complex analyses, shape recommendations for senior leaders, and move opportunities from initial idea to robust decision with clear business cases.

The role sits in Strategy & Transformation, collaborating with CRH Denmark leadership and cross-border teams to drive growth, optimize the portfolio, and deliver strategic initiatives

Formación

• 4–6 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development/M&A, investment banking, transaction services or a similar environment.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical, financial and commercial capabilities, including experience with financial modelling, valuation, business cases and market assessment.
• Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint for complex data and clear communication to senior decision-makers.
• Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Shape long-term strategy and 3–5 year plans, analyse markets and growth opportunities, and present clear strategic choices.
• Drive M&A activities from opportunity screening to due diligence, business cases, valuation and integration planning.
• Identify opportunities beyond traditional M&A, including strategic investments and new business models.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, challenging perspectives and bringing new questions to the table.
• Turn strategy into action with defined initiatives and compelling business cases.
