• Experience from product management, category management, business development or commercial strategy in international settings.
• Ability to turn customer, market and commercial insights into portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop growth opportunities across products, solutions, customer segments and markets.
• Translate customer, market and commercial insights into portfolio recommendations and compelling business cases.
• Strengthen value propositions, positioning, pricing and category differentiation to improve commercial performance.
• Drive portfolio priorities, product launches and strategic category initiatives with regional and functional stakeholders.
