Job summary

Velux Deutschland Gmbh seeks a Product Manager for Flat Roof Windows at our Hørsholm HQ. You will join the global Flat Roof Windows Category Management team and help shape the product roadmap with insights, analyses, and strategic recommendations.

You will collaborate across Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Strategy and regional teams to drive growth, pricing and profitability. Travel within Denmark and abroad is expected, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of product management experience in a global organization.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of product, pricing, and portfolio decisions.
Experience with structured product development frameworks and stage-gate processes.
Excellent English communication; able to adapt to different audiences.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Development to define requirements and influence product portfolio throughout the lifecycle.
Drive strategic and commercial growth initiatives across the category.
Lead pricing activities with market analysis and insights to strengthen competitiveness.
Build robust business cases and recommendations supporting data-driven decisions.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, competition, regulations, and category performance.
Travel within Denmark and internationally to engage with customers and markets.
