VELUX Group in Denmark is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for Flat Roof Windows to shape strategy, lead product development, and drive commercial growth.

You will work with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations from our Hørsholm HQ, influence the product roadmap, set pricing strategy, and build data-driven business cases while traveling regionally and internationally as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Have at relevant degree combined with at least 5 years of product management experience in a global organization.
• Possess strong commercial acumen and understand how product, pricing, and portfolio decisions drive business performance.
• Have experience working with structured product development frameworks and stage-gate processes, preferably within technical product environments.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and sound judgment to transform market insights, customer understanding, and data into compelling business cases that drive strategic and commercial decisions.
• Demonstrate strong team player and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive collaboration across a complex matrix organization.
• Communicate confidently and effectively in English, adapting your communication to different audiences.

Aufgaben

• Working closely with Product Development to define requirements, evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and influence the future direction of our product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify and drive strategic and commercial growth initiatives across the category including driving business development activities, KPI tracking, and performance follow-up in close collaboration with regional markets.
• Leading pricing activities through market analysis and commercial insights to strengthen competitiveness and profitability.
• Building robust business cases and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and organizational alignment.
• Monitoring market trends, customer behaviour, competitive activity, regulations, and category performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• The role includes some travel within Denmark and internationally, to engage with customers, markets, and colleagues across the organization.
