VELUX Group in Hørsholm seeks a Product Manager for Flat Roof Windows to join the global Category Management team. You will shape the product strategy, manage the portfolio across its lifecycle, and collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance and regional teams.

The role combines strategy, product management and commercial leadership with travel within Denmark and internationally, and offers strong development opportunities in a values-driven, international environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of product management in a global organization.
• Preferably in a technical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong commercial acumen for pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Experience with structured product development frameworks and stage-gate processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Flat Roof Windows across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Strategy and regional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead pricing activities through market analysis and commercial insights.
• Build robust business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks.
