Job summary

Topsoe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Denmark to drive recruitment from briefing to final offer. You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidates across roles from production to senior specialists.

You will develop and implement job analyses and assessment concepts for high-volume profiles, especially operators, and ensure clear role-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Several years of recruitment experience.
• Strong background in job analyses and competency-based recruitment.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders on complex roles and with high-volume profiles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job analyses and translate business needs into clear, competency-based recruitment strategies and selection criteria based on a thorough understanding of the role, team and business requirements
• Build diverse candidate pools and present well-qualified shortlists to hiring managers – an important part of this is to identify and directly source candidates through relevant channels and networks
• Screen, assess and interview candidates
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Topsoe’s recruitment practices and talent acquisition approach
