Job summary

Maersk is hiring a Global Client Manager for Aid & Relief to own strategic accounts and lead cross-functional teams across global regions. You will drive growth, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and shape end-to-end humanitarian logistics solutions.

The role requires commercial acumen, tender leadership and the ability to travel internationally, with offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark.

Qualifications

Experience in global account management driving revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Ability to develop senior customer relationships and turn needs into measurable commercial value.
Experience leading complex tenders and multi-country customer engagements.
Strong understanding of logistics products, end-to-end supply chains and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

Serve as global commercial owner for a portfolio of strategic Aid & Relief customers and prospects, accountable for growth and retention.
Develop and execute global account plans and qualified opportunity pipelines.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, logistics and leadership.
Lead commercial strategy for global tenders and major customer opportunities.
Coordinate global account teams across sales, product, solution design and operations.
Translate humanitarian logistics requirements into integrated Ocean, Air, Landside, Warehousing and Customs solutions.
