Job description

Are you analytically strong, do you have a good grasp of accounting and do you want to be an active driving force in the financial management of a growing company?
Then you might be the person we are looking for as our new Controller.

About the position

In this role, you will have a broad area of responsibility where you will reporting,
controlling and contributing to development projects and analyses analyses
that create insights and improve the company's financial processes.

You will be an important sparring partner for both management and the rest of the
organisation.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Preparing and developing ongoing reporting and analyses that ensure transparency in the company's financial performance
• Identifying opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation
• Implementing best practices to ensure the finance function works professionallyand efficiently
• Participating in development projects and analyses in close collaboration with the organisation
• Ongoing controlling and reconciliations
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Hands‑on tasks in connection with month‑end closing

A little about you

We imagine that you:

Have arelevant financial education, e.g. cand.merc.aud., HD(R), cand.oecon. orsimilar

Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Work in astructured and analytical way with an eye for detail - without losing sight ofthe big picture

Strong Excel skills and preferably experience with Power BI and ERP systems such as Business Central or Navision
