Epta Denmark is seeking a Senior Business Controller to partner with management and operational leaders, turning financial data into actionable insights. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across Denmark, with collaboration across the Epta Group.

The successful candidate will drive digitalisation, develop robust financial models, and challenge assumptions to support strategic decisions in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, business controlling, corporate finance or similar.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience from an international company or group structure.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning & forecasting: support budgeting and rolling forecasts; build financial models and scenarios.
• Business performance & reporting: monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting; analyze KPIs and margins.
• Business partnering: act as sparring partner for managers; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Process improvement & digitalisation: enhance reporting and forecasting; support automation and data quality initiatives.
• Finance operations support: assist VAT reconciliations and Intrastat reporting; collaborate with accounting and operations.
