Danpo is seeking a commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to join the Leadership Team and act as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO. The CFO will drive profitable growth, influence customer and product-mix decisions, and lead a Finance function of about 19 employees across Farre, Aars and Skanderborg.

The role covers FP&A, Accounting & Compliance, Production Controlling, and ongoing transformation including data quality, standardised processes and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as CFO/Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leader.
• Experience from manufacturing environment, ideally food/beverage/FMCG.
• Strong commercial understanding of growth, margins and value chains.

Responsabilités

• Act as CEO’s extended arm and trusted strategic partner.
• Drive earnings, cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Finance organisation across multiple locations.
• Transform Finance through digitalisation, automation and AI.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial.
• Develop KPIs, management reporting and a single source of truth.
