Job summary

Lunar Denmark is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation & Controlling to join the Copenhagen-based Finance team. You will lead the Bank-grade migration to Business Central, own group reporting, consolidation, and the IFRS 9 model readiness, while shaping controls and data ownership across Finance, Tech and Product.

You will influence finance strategy, implement end-to-end processes, and drive automation to enable a faster close and better decision making.

Qualifications

Experience leading a finance transformation programme in a regulated financial environment.
Hands-on ERP implementation or migration ownership, including chart of accounts and dimensions.
Strong background in management reporting, consolidation, cost control and close acceleration.
Knowledge of IFRS 9 expected credit loss modelling or willingness to own it.

Responsibilities

Lead the Business Central migration end-to-end with design, COA mapping and dimensions.
Own management reporting and drive close to a business-day-five target with automation.
Own group consolidation and IFRS 9 model readiness from accounts to audit readiness.
Design controls and segregation-of-duties framework for Accounting.
Run data quality programme and establish cross-functional data ownership across Finance, Tech and Product.
