Job summary

Blonde Inc. in Denmark seeks a hands-on finance professional to lead month-end close, reporting and reconciliations. You will automate and streamline finance processes and coordinate with partners across markets to support budgeting, forecasting and margin analysis, providing actionable insights.

You will build analyses that drive business decisions and push automation and AI into our finance stack, while collaborating closely with the CFO and management to scale our finance function.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in controlling, accounting or a similar finance role.
• Fluent in English — written and spoken.
• Structured and hands‑on — you take ownership and get things done.
• Comfortable with scale‑up culture, multi‑entity and cross‑border setups.
• Hands‑on with new technology — you test, learn and push automation and AI into how finance works.
• Wants to be a true business partner, not just a back‑office function.
