Job summary

Monta seeks a Director of Finance to own group financial control end to end, reporting to the UK CFO. You will lead month‑end close, inter‑company eliminations across multiple currencies, payroll, AR/AP, and cash visibility, while enforcing policies and driving efficiency.

You will manage a growing finance team, push automation, partner with FP&A on forecasts, and oversee external audits with PwC. Experience in SaaS/fintech and multi‑entity consolidation strongly preferred, and Danish language

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience and team leadership.
• Experience managing diverse teams across geographies.
• Ability to bring technical accounting knowledge to strategic projects.
• Experience building bespoke finance solutions with AI and ERP migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own group month-end close and consolidate across entities and currencies.
• Oversee payroll, AR and AP management; ensure strong financial controls.
• Lead the accounting team and drive process automation and efficiency.
• Partner with FP&A on forecast-to-actuals and board reporting inputs.
