Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a Senior Commercial Product Manager for Hardware Solutions to steer the product lifecycle of Heat/Cooling hardware offerings. You will drive commercial strategy, pricing, and portfolio profitability while aligning development with market needs and revenue goals.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and customers to shape portfolios, manage launches, and train teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Managing the product lifecycle from idea to end-of-life
• Driving product discovery and portfolio optimization projects in close collaboration with our customers, Sales and Marketing
• Owning the business case and commercial roadmap for hardware products, including pricing, to ensure profitability and market fit
• Working with colleagues across the organization, training Sales and Customer Support to succeed
• Challenging status quo to ensure continuity of commercially viable solutions
