Job summary

Hybrid Greentech is seeking a Chief of Staff to be the CEO's closest strategic partner and the connective tissue translating strategy into daily execution across a scaling energy-tech platform.

You will bridge strategy with operational leadership, help design processes, and enable the leadership team to focus on priorities as the company scales its software and platform business across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years' experience from strategy consulting, hypergrowth, VC, investment banking, or another high‑performance environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, reliable approach to problem‑solving.
• Solid project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Clear, accurate written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft documents and prepare presentations to a high standard under tight timelines.
• Experience working closely with investors, board members and other senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership to the CEO and governance matters, including board matters and investor updates.
• Translate strategic intent into execution plans in close partnership with leadership.
• Own cross‑functional initiatives from kick-off to delivery.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design operating rhythm and follow‑up discipline.
• Help design processes, structures, and decision rights as the company scales.
