Nordic RCC A/S seeks a Lead Portfolio Manager to steer the Nordic energy transition. You will lead portfolio optimization, budgeting, and reporting, coordinating with Finance, PMO, and leadership to ensure strategic alignment and efficient project execution.

The role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration within a diverse, multi-country team based in Copenhagen with hybrid work options.

Formación

• Hold a Master’s degree in mathematics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, collaborative, and deadline-focused work style.

Responsabilidades

• Drive optimization of the project portfolio with focus on efficiency and strategic alignment.
• Lead budgeting and long-term planning in collaboration with Finance.
• Deliver monthly portfolio reporting and dependency tracking to leadership.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as central contact for project inquiries.
• Maintain governance, Stage-Gate model, and best practices across PMO.
• Oversee portfolio and resource management processes and tools to support decisions.
