Job summary

Heyra is seeking a Deployment Strategist who will own relationships at the leadership level and translate business aims into a sharp, sequenced plan for what to build and why. You will steer a strong engineering team to deliver the plan without writing production code yourself.

You’ll operate as a strategic counterpart to engineers, balancing commercial framing with technical feasibility, and you’ll work with engineers, data specialists, strategists and designers in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

Experience owning client or stakeholder relationships end to end with real accountability for outcomes.
Product, programme or engagement leadership in a technical environment.
Fluent enough in data and AI to make the right calls and earn trust without writing production code.
Ability to translate between business strategy and what is buildable.
Comfort with bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
Patience with managers and persistence to drive adoption.
