Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Capacity & Capability Manager to secure feasible capacity planning and workflows across LEGO DESiGN functions and capability groups. The role supports long-term resource planning with a hybrid model, 3 days in-office and 2 days from home.

You will build reliable data-driven capacity foundations, collaborate with Design Performance, and enable governance and better decision-making across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Delivered capacity, demand or portfolio planning in a large matrix org.
• Created analyses and visuals supporting clear decisions.
• Applied end-to-end value chain experience to improve results.
• Used waterfall to agile delivery methods.
• Managed stakeholders across org levels and priorities.
• Solved complex planning challenges with structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear capacity and delivery planning approach.
• Provide reliable data on capacity and demand.
• Create practical task-planning foundations with workflows.
• Build data visualizations to support planning and governance.
• Improve processes and tools with Design Performance teams.
• Strengthen foundations for immediate delivery and future planning.
