The LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Capacity & Capability Manager to secure feasible capacity planning and workflows across LEGO DESiGN functions and capability groups, supporting long-term resource planning while managing short-term capacity and delivery feasibility.

You will build data-driven foundations, collaborate with Design Performance and partner teams, and translate performance data into practical task planning and governance.

• Applied strong process and end-to-end value chain experience to improve business results.
• Used planning methods ranging from traditional waterfall approaches to agile delivery.

• Solved complex planning or delivery challenges through structured problem-solving.

• Define a clear capacity, capability and delivery planning approach for the LEGO DESiGN functions and capability groups.
• Ensure reliable capacity and demand key-figure data based on actual performance, learning and efficiency gains.
• Develop practical task-planning foundations using workflow and task management tools.
• Collaborate with Design Performance and partner teams to build data visualizations that support planning, decision-making and governance.
• Strengthen the foundation for immediate portfolio delivery and future capability planning.
