Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Capacity & Capability Manager in Billund to secure feasible capacity planning across LEGO DESiGN functions and capability groups. You’ll balance long-term resource plans with short-term feasibility and help lead data-driven decision making.

Based in Billund with our Best of Both policy, you’ll collaborate with Design Delivery and partners to build reliable planning data, visualisations and governance that support immediate delivery and future capability growth.

Qualifications

• Delivered capacity, demand or portfolio planning within a large matrix organization.
• Created data analysis and visual presentations that supported clear decisions.
• Applied strong process and end-to-end value chain experience to improve business results.
• Used planning methods ranging from traditional waterfall approaches to agile delivery.
• Managed stakeholders across different organizational levels and competing priorities.
• Solved complex planning or delivery challenges through structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear capacity and delivery planning approach for selected design functions.
• Provide reliable capacity and demand data based on performance metrics.
• Build practical task-planning foundations using workflow and task management tools.
• Create data visualisations to support planning, decision-making and governance.
• Improve processes and tools in collaboration with Design Performance and Design teams.
• Strengthen foundations for portfolio delivery and future capability planning.
