Job summary

Emmerys is seeking a Business Controller to drive commercial and operational success by turning data into business decisions. You will partner with finance, management, and store/production teams to deliver insights, reports, and improved decision-making.

You will work with Business Central, Power BI, and JetReports to support budgeting, planning, and performance tracking, while shaping this evolving role with impact across our Danish bakery and café network.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems.
• Relevant academic degree in business, finance, or economics.
• Experience with data processing and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to finance, commercial, and operational teams.
• Prepare analyses and reports based on internal data and external market developments.
• Manage cross-functional projects including store profitability, performance reporting, pricing, and digital initiatives.
• Evaluate investment projects and inform future decisions.
• Support budgeting and capex material preparation.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and decision support to management.
