Job summary

KPMG Denmark is seeking a Finance Business Partner to shape how the business makes decisions by turning data into insight and automated tools. You will work with the CFO and FP&A Lead, build Power BI dashboards, and drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance management to embed finance in decision making.

We require a master’s degree in business, finance, or economics, 3–6 years' experience, strong Excel/Power BI, and fluent English (Danish a plus).

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or similar.
3–6 years of relevant work experience.
Exposure to Business Partnering is an advantage.
Fluent English; Danish considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to business leaders with CFO and FP&A Lead.
Unlock value in data and manage transition to more intelligent, data-enabled business.
Spot opportunities to simplify, standardize, and elevate processes across Finance and the wider organization.
Build and refine Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility into performance.
Manage and steer forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing performance management.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support key decision-making forums.
