Job summary

EET is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our international shipping team in Denmark for a 6-month temporary role with potential extension. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across multiple countries, book transports, manage documentation, and collaborate with freight forwarders and internal teams.

The role requires a proactive, structured mindset, strong English communication, and a willingness to grow with a dynamic European team.

Qualifications

• Experience from a similar role in shipping, freight, logistics, or supply chain.
• Good knowledge of international transport and customs.
• Structured mindset and a proactive approach — you like to get things done.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to grow with the team.
• Experience with ERP/logistics systems is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating incoming shipments (AIR, SEA, ROAD, COURIER) from global suppliers to our warehouses in DK, ES, FR, PL, and the UK.
• Booking transports and following up on expected delivery performance.
• Handling Cross Trade shipments and ensuring all documentation is in place.
• Working closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Checking and preparing import documents like invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Supporting customs clearance and working with freight forwarders and authorities.
• Acting as the go-to person between carriers and our Goods-In departments.
• Coordinating outgoing shipments (AIR, SEA, ROAD, COURIER) from our warehouses to international customers.
• Reviewing logistics performance across countries and suggesting improvements.
• Approving freight invoices and helping stay on top of costs.

We’re on the lookout for a new Shipping Coordinator to join our shipping team per 1. Januar 2027. (This isn’t just another operations role. It’s a chance to help build a central function from the ground up, collaborate across countries, and put your fingerprint on the way we work — from day one).

What you'll be doing
