Job summary

Vestas seeks a Specialist in Aarhus to lead Enterprise Service Management on the ServiceNow platform. You will own the technical vision, drive platform strategy, and collaborate with a global digital team to deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with the green transition.

You will design, govern, and deliver ESM capabilities, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality, secure, scalable solutions across Denmark and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
• 5+ years of service management experience enabled by ServiceNow.
• Functional and technical solution architecture and agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision for Enterprise Service Management on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support platform strategy and roadmap discussions through architectural assessment.
• Ensure adherence to platform health, security, performance, and upgrade readiness.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and user stories; guide design, development and deployment.
