Job summary

ServiceNow Denmark is seeking a Senior Platform Architect in Customer Success to guide customers in architecture, governance, and integrations of the ServiceNow platform for long-term digital transformation. You will collaborate with executives, enterprise architects, and development teams across engagements to design outcomes and ensure platform health.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into workflows or decision-making.
8+ years in a professional services (SaaS) environment or equivalent.
Management consulting experience.
Ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.

Collaborate with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementing solutions.
Provide architectural guidance across multiple engagements to deliver successful customer outcomes.
