Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Plant Technical Support Engineer, Specialist to anchor the Plant Operations technical agenda across the Region NCE and Global Offshore groups. You will report to the Director and guide the technical strategy, bridging R&D inputs with operational deployment.

You will engage in stakeholder management, lead in a cross-functional environment, and support large wind power plants with SCADA systems. Travel ~20 days/year; primary locations in Aarhus or Videbæk, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a technical environment with ability to align stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills across audiences and departments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical anchor for Plant Operations and report to the Director.
• Oversee new product introductions from R&D and support operational implementation.
• Engage in technical escalations and manage risks to the business.
• Coordinate with global and regional communities to align initiatives.
