Vestas seeks an experienced Specialist to lead Enterprise Service Management on the ServiceNow platform, driving technical vision and solution design across Digital Solutions & Development. You will partner with global teams to ensure platform health, governance, and efficient license usage.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
5+ years experience with service management enabled by ServiceNow.
Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the technical vision for Enterprise Service Management on ServiceNow.
Lead design, deployment, and optimization of ESM solutions.
Ensure platform health, security, performance, and upgrade readiness.
Advise on license impact, renewals, and cost-aware technical decisions.
Translate business needs into technical designs and user stories.
