Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with service management enabled by ServiceNow.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Enterprise Service Management on the ServiceNow platform, owning the technical vision and supporting platform strategy and roadmap discussions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, including platform health, security, performance, and upgrade readiness, coordinating with ServiceNow and vendors.
• Lead license and subscription reviews to optimize usage and reduce waste, advising on cost‑aware technical decisions.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and user stories; guide design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment on the platform.
• Collaborate with AMS vendors and internal teams to ensure support practices, monitoring solutions, and minimized license consumption.
• Guide architecture discussions and ensure alignment between platform configuration, roles, and entitlements.
