Qualifications

• Experience evaluating how to integrate AI into work processes and workflows.
• 8+ years in a professional services or SaaS environment or equivalent.
• Management consulting experience.
• Proven ability to move complex issues from analysis to resolution.
• Industry domain expertise.
• Large program experience in architecture and design.
• Cloud application technology experience.
• Right to work in country.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer across executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams.
• Serve as an architectural advisor across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide architectural knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Build relationships with CoEI and business leaders to map ServiceNow to the digital transformation vision.
• Translate goals into customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard.
• Manage technical governance and a delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning with leading practices.
• Support sales by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
