Job summary

Vestas seeks an experienced leader to own Enterprise Service Management on the ServiceNow platform, driving technical vision, architecture, and delivery across Denmark and the Philippines. You will translate business needs into robust designs, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with vendors to optimize license usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow-based service management.
• Strong functional and technical solution architecture experience.
• Experience in agile ways of working (scrum/kanban).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter lead for Enterprise Service Management on the ServiceNow platform.
• Own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for ESM solutions.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, AMS vendors and internal teams to optimize license usage and platform health.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and user stories; guide end-to-end delivery.
